Now that you are all caught up, without any further introduction, please do come in and enjoy our little Christmas tour!
Come snuggle up by the fire with this cozy throw from Joss & Main! I just love the unique detailing on it. It is perfect for cold Michigan winter nights!
Look at what I found, a red, vintage tractor seat! I thought it would go well with the Christmas decor!
Grandpa Case's workshop cabinet finds a new home in the dining room filled with a few of my favorite things. We miss you very much, Grandpa, but for those whose hope is in the Lord, good-byes are not forever! We shall see you again!
Even the master bath gets a Christmas makeover! An old apple picking backpack corrals towels while a vintage hardware lumber apron filled with candy canes adds a festive touch!
Have I mentioned that red is my favorite color? Pair a little (or a lot!) of red with white, of course, and you get my blood pumping! I found the perfect matching mixing bowls at Joss & Main to complete the look.
THANK YOU for coming along with us thus far on the tour! It has been wonderful having you along! The tour doesn't end here, next stop is Town and Country Living to Jennifer's gorgeous Victorian cottage! She is a real treat, hurry don't linger and get over there to say hello! Please *Click Here* or on the Joss & Main button below to head over!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks just beautiful, Maria. The red is perfect and the woodwork in your house is gorgeous. I restored two homes in the historic district and they had woodwork like yours. I think it is especially beautiful at Christmas time. xo Diana

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, but I want to pin these images soooo badly and I can't. :(
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the compliment, Alison! :) That's not good about Pinterest! What happens when you try to pin? There should be a Pinterest sharing button popping up when you hover over the desired blog photo. Is it not working? What internet browser are you using? Thank you for the heads up, I will definitely look into it! :)
DeleteRusty Hinge!! I am blown away ! ! I remember having the Santa Claus hot cocoa mugs. I have never seen them anywhere else . Also there was a wicker baby or doll sleigh . Do you have any other pictures of the sleigh as I have never seen one in the hundreds of antique shops , malls swap meets etc.please send comments to jh-6865@comcast.net, i do not have a nanaplana1960@gmail.com address, I don't know where that came from .
DeleteI've seen lots of wonderful Christmas tours so far this year, but yours is my favorite. You have perfectly captured the blend of rustic and refined and I absolutely love it. Pinning and sharing. Thanks for the eye candy!!!
